Please may we thank you very much for the swift and efficient delivery of our sauna. Despite the snow and atrocious weather in rural Lincolnshire, the sauna was delivered today as promised. The gentleman was courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him and he willingly helped to carry in the heavy boxes. Installation was quick, easy and efficient - just 30 minutes as your website suggests - although our only 'criticism' (if there is one to be made) lies with the unpacking. This took over an hour as everything had been so well and carefully packaged! Please read the above as an unsolicited and well-deserved compliment to all of the staff at Boundary Bathrooms. Everything has been professional and efficient, from the telephone order, to the delivery, to customer services, to straightforward installation. We now look forward to many years' enjoyment of the sauna and a continued good relationship with Boundary Bathrooms. We shall not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.
