Please may we thank you very much for the swift and efficient delivery of our sauna. Despite the snow and atrocious weather in rural Lincolnshire, the sauna was delivered today as promised. The gentleman was courteous and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him and he willingly helped to carry in the heavy boxes. Installation was quick, easy and efficient - just 30 minutes as your website suggests - although our only 'criticism' (if there is one to be made) lies with the unpacking.
