Can I just say that I am amazed and delighted with your response to my problem concerning the faulty roller on my shower cubicle. Even without retaining my proof of purchase you found my paperwork, and forwarded me replacement parts within 3 working days with no questions asked (even sent two parts rather than just the one!). This is for a shower I purchased around a year ago, I was fully expecting to pay for these parts. I will continue to use Boundary Bathrooms for all my bathroom needs. Thanks once again, great after sales service, it is a pity other companies do not follow your lead!.
