Good afternoon to you all, with a very special mention to Aaron, We only came across your site yesterday, but have already benefited from the excellent customer service you provide. It turns out that we have a WC at home in the Vitra range, although it seems to have been discontinued. We only wanted a replacement seat for this item and Aaron succeeded (against the odds) in locating one for us, after some not insignificant effort on his behalf. He then worked hard to please us when we enquired about a clearance bath which had been publicised on your Web pages. A pedestal for a basin was also procured. We were very self-conscious of not being 'big spenders', but this didn't seem to matter to Aaron, he made us feel as important as someone who was possibly going to spend thousands. In our experience this is very rare these days and we feel privileged to have been a customer of yours and his and will definitely be back personally and will be telling friends and family about our exceptional buying experience with Boundary Bathrooms.
