On both occasions the goods were delivered on time without any errors of damage and by friendly staff who were most helpful in stacking items where required. We purchased our goods in the Colne showroom where Aaron was most helpful in giving advice and checking that each item would be available for the delivery date we required. During installation of the en-suite there was a minor problem with a waste that didn't fit the bidet I'd chosen. I needed a replacement very quickly, and Aaron arranged it without fuss to have it couriered the very next day direct from the manufacturer. In addition to your excellent service, your prices are competitive and you're prepared to price match where necessary. Your website is very comprehensive and easy to use, and the fact you give the names of the staff in each department and don't use 0854 contact numbers demonstrates what an honest and straightforward outfit you are.
