I recently had dealings with your company and ended up buying nearly all my bathroom purchases from you. I telephoned today to speak to a member of Management about Kirsty Brunskil, who was the young lady who I dealt with. I felt compelled to telephone then email yourself at Emilys request just to state what a fantastic representative of your Company she is!!! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her! The advice she gave was spot on!! Everything she said she would do for me, she did. Often I am reluctant to allow people to phone me back rather than me holding as they rarely do call back!! There was not one instance of her finding out a peice of information for me and then not bothering to phone back. I am so impressed with her and your Company that I shall certainly be spreading the word!! Incidentaly, I did have a prediction from a local bathroom company who said that if I ordered my goods from the internet it would almost certainly involve problems!! With Kirsty on my case I felt completely confident that this would not be the case. I sincerely hope she is recognised for her brilliant performance.
