The delivery man should be commended as he was really nice and most helpful. The product was really easy to construct (me and my 21 yr old daughter managed with no help and were ery pleased with ourselves)! with excellent and easy instructions. Used it for the first time today, everything works perfectly and having used a professional one at beautician's a few times, I know this product is just as good.
