When I was looking for this type of product I scoured the internet and yours was by far the best value. I hadn't expected it to be such high quality for the money and was not only more than pleasantly surprised, I am absolutely thrilled with it. Your communication was excellent right from my placing order to informing me of delivery date (which was the exact day I had requested...most important when you work full-time). The delivery man should be commended as he was really nice and most helpful. The product was really easy to construct (me and my 21 yr old daughter managed with no help and were ery pleased with ourselves)! with excellent and easy instructions. Used it for the first time today, everything works perfectly and having used a professional one at beautician's a few times, I know this product is just as good.
